Charity Insight Contributor Published 16 September 2011Donating online is reputed to be increasing in popularity, but do statistics support this? CharityInsight, in partnership with Blackbaud, tracks the value of the average online gift.
The average gift is still strong, despite the dip. However, the month on month comparison is worrying, having dropped 35 per cent. This could be a reflection of the economy, or relate to intense activity this time last year around the Pakistan Floods.
